Introduction
As many of you may be aware, after 4th Edition the HHH game group did not automatically "switch over". In fact, when we realized that with the release of 4th Edition that the Timeline was being fully advanced into the 2070's, we made a decision to "play out" the period of time that was being incompletely, or even not-entirely, explained to us the game-players at large. As such, we dubbed this period of time, "the Dark Ages" after the period of time in our world's western/european-history that was effectively undetailed.
What follows is intended to serve only as a reminder of details of events that happened within the HHH Game Group here in Lafayette Indiana as inspired by either dangling/teaser-arcs from FASA/Fan Pro/Catalyst as well as ongoing story-arcs derived from within our own games. We only want this information compiled in order to be accessible for our own players as well as a superficial detailing of a variety of events as they happened in our game universe. They are also intended to help explain certain long-spans of downtime our groups PC's had taken and the various events that happened during those periods of time.

The Singularity Event/System Failure : The HHH Game group did play through this series of events but in our game timeline, they happened one year later than previous. All other related events were adjusted accordingly, such as the death of President Kyle Haefner and downfall of Winternight. Overall timeline was unaffected due to confluence of related events in the HHH storyline.
June 5th - The Release of Ubyr and the Changing of the Guard. Ubyr was released by pro-Winternight forces from it's containment vessel in the near-Himalayas bordering India and Nepal. During it's release, the next ethertide change occurred, bringing about yet more redefinement of mana-based energies and our knowledge of them. In game mechanics terms, it was during this time that PC's were being converted (in-game/real-time) from 3rd edition magic rules to 4th edition magical rules. In the end, and over the course of an exhaustive but somewhat exhilirating adventure collection that ended in a climactic series of battles east of Varanasi that involved MET2K forces and LOA's "Tau'ri Soldiers" against mass-influenced/converted beings.

September 20th thru 22nd - the Digital Sapients Conference (Milwaukee WI:UCAS), during which time LOA Corporate CEO Chapin Villasnosquez announces technomancer equality/membership within LOA and his own technomantic nature. During the conference, the first waves of Kenneth Brackhaven's "Technomancer Registration Act" are shaping up.
January 3rd - Northern District members of the Talisien Chantry for the Black Lodge in Asia (Region "2") bring about charges against the Morganhead supervisor. Challenges are pursued and the Morganhead is defeated and thus replaced, triggering a shift in power amongst members. Before further charges within the asiatic Morgana Chantry occur, an internal to that Chantry power struggle occurs, and one chantryhead defeats another in a Duel Arcana.
January 17th - Yakut (Awakened Siberia) Forces work in tandem with unnamed corporate resources and take down a Mitsuhama research facility. In the Aftermath, the Director of the Facility escapes to orbit with a prototype vessel and manages to reach ZO and obtain asylum with the Corporate Court Authority.
March 21st - the Black Lodge Council of Merlin initiates the "Ouroboros Mnemotali", a massive theurgically-charged ritual that spreads through first the members of the Black Lodge at all tiers and then outwards through contacts, family and various connecting social circles. By April 1st, the Mnemotali has spread to all major social corners of the world causing people to first erase/destroy all records they are aware of, whether they possess the information personally or not, of the Black Lodge and then forgetting it personally themselves. During this time, rumors of many individuals get oddly sick with nearly all confirmation of the strange "flu" coming from technomancers and virtuakinetics.
April 4th - Arrival of "Tau'ri II" at Lunar Darkside station which proceeds to terran orbit. The conversion station is the next step in the LOA space-access plan and establishes the orbital beachhead for the third terrestrial space elevator. With it's arrival, Tau'ri-2 is renamed to "Texas Operations Command" with R'keht remaining as Tau'ri Commander. T-II station commander is, after some discussion with LOA Board and Non-Terran Contractors agreed to be the individual known colloquially as "Hive". By April 5th, the LOA Board of Directors are given all details of future projections for growth and projects from the non-terrestrial command authority within the organization.
June 18th - Joint Press Release from Ares Space, SK-Orbital Assets and LOA-NT is made announcing the development and construction of the first earth-based space-servicing platform. The platform is to be constructed in Lake Michigan with submersed mag-rail systems connecting them with Northern Chicago, Gary and Grand Rapids (and then on to Detroit). The massive platform is intended to be used as a new hub for North American orbital support by all three megacorporations.
June 22nd - "Project Michigan" is put forth as a shared asset shell corporation with Proteus-AG being confirmed as a developer of the Arkoblock structures that will be compiled in the Gulf of Mexico and shipped by rail to Gary. SeaScapes (of LOA Corporation) is confirmed as designers and developers of the support and minimal-impact technologies to be used at the facility. Facility construction is projected to be finished in March 2072. Kevin Edmonds, Governor of Indiana makes public statements hailing the project and the estimated 50,000 Hoosiers who will directly gain from employment opportunities arising from the project. Tyrese Ruebens of Michigan makes similar statements with Cameron Roth of Illinois notably silent during the period of time.
July 8th (Non-Terran) - Lord Ptah is visited by "Geb" and "Nüt" of the Goa'uld in his home system. They have traversed from the Gamma-Sector of the Milky Way after hearing of a Goa'uld involved in some massive/multi-system conflict. They remain in the system as guests at first for 8 days before being 'escorted' out of the system by Ptahvian forces. Tau'ri station commands are notified but no continuation of the information is made available to any further Terran or Centauri allies until November. Geb and Nüt retreat and are said to be travelling back to the Gamma Sector.
January 28th - LOA-Space and Ares-Space hold a "Conference Assembly" at the newly expanded ZO-Orbital Assembly. Present are the Corporate Court Justices, Chamber of Megacorporate Affairs, the UN Security Council and the Second Council of Nicea. During this presentation, LOA CEO Chapin Villasnosquez and Commodore Gerard Terrinian lead a discussion and expose on non-terrestrial beings and confirmation of non-terrestrial sapient species. The Assembly is deemed by many to be a method of doing nothing more than attempting to affect harmful incitement of various bodies. LOA and Ares Space both come "clean" on the discussion of the number of known non-terrestrial sapient species that have been encountered and the involvement they have already had in military actions (both defensive and offensive) with a variety of these species. During this discussion, Emissaries from Dyrkani Prime, Searae and Ki'ith Centaura (the Kith refugees now residing in Alpha Centauri) are introduced to the assembly. The presentation also gives those present a three-month warning of the impending arrival of the radio signals from Alpha Centauri that begin shortly after the arrival of the first Kith refugees.
It is during this assembly that LOA Space also gives full detailing of three known hostile non-terrestrial species that have been encountered; the Illkine, the Nertia and the Oengi. They also explain events that occurred in January thru March of 2071 involving Mitsuhama's offering of "asylum" to an Illkine "Criminal of War" (as declared by the Kith and Searaen's) and their involvement in extracting said CoW and the loss of megacorporate resources at that time period.
April 22nd - Terrestrial radio centers around the Earth begin detecting non-terrestrial radio signals originating from a neighboring star system (Alpha-Centauri).
