With the expansion of any game, there are always new things to develop. Adept Abilities are no different.

This ability allows for the shapeshifter to utilize his/her natural weaponry (if any) their animal form possesses while in their metahuman form.

This ability allows the adept to directly increase their natural movement rate. Each level purchased increases the Walking Rating by +2 and the Running Rating by +5. The maximum level attainable can not exceed the Agility of the character in question.

With the usage of a point from their "blood pool", an Infected can augment their Reaction speeds by a number of dice equal to their Grade of Initiation. This increase lasts but one turn, but the increase effects all dice rolls including those for surprise and initiative score determination by the like value.

This ability allows for the Vampire Adept to assume the shape of non-magical animal type of their choosing, as long as the body attribute of the critter does not exceed twice the Grade of Initiation of the Infected. While using the ability, the Infected is limited by all normal restrictions of the critter form in question. Furthermore the Infected is treated as if they are sustaining a spell for the purposes of dice modifiers.
Each critter form is a seperate purchasing of this ability. So "Beast Form (Wolf)" and "Beast Form (Dog)" would have to each be developed to assume each shape. All other Path abilities are usable in this Beast Form by the Infected character in question. Those Adepts whom have also developed the "Gear" ability have those items merge into the form as per the normal shapeshifter usage of that abiilty.

This ability allows for feline type shapeshifters (tigers, lions, leopards, etc) to alter their animal form into any kind of feline form as appropriate. Attributes are unadjusted by the usage of this power, regardless of form. The power is more a social adaptation/survival technique in that known great cats have assumed the forms of standard house cats. It is believed that variations of this power exist for each shapeshifter type (felis, canis, etc).

This ability allows for an Infected character to heal wounds, in themselves or another. The ability works like a Heal spell (including restrictions on wounds) with the exception of drain.

This talent is exactly the same as it is for the normal adept power in that it increases the number of Initiative Passes the character can engage within. When developed, this power works evenly for the shapeshifter in their metahuman and animal forms. The one important detail is that the power is not cumulative with any normal animal form bonuses. If a third bonus pass (total of four) is desired, and the shapeshifter has two bonus passes already, the total points must be developed.

With this ability, an Infected Character can appear to eat normal foods and drink normal liquids of any kind they might have in their non-infected lifetime without suffering from any side effects such as nausea or vomitting. A deception trick, this ability grants no other benefits. Remember that any immunities to Toxins, Pathogens or Poisons are NOT changed by this ability.

This talent is a trick of 'partial manifestation' combined with minor physical modifications that allows the shapeshifter to speak in their metahuman languages (if any are known).

This talent can only be developed by shapeshifters (or those with the Regeneration power). It augments the natural regeneration properties in that in addition to the once-per-turn test that is naturally a part of the power, this allows for a shapeshifter to concentrate directly upon recovery. This allows them to have an extra regeneration test (Complex Action). The level of the power allows for the shapeshifter to utilize the power of regeneration one time per turn in addition to their normal regeneration test. So a shapeshifter who has developed this power at Level 2 has a total of three (3) regeneration tests they may take per turn (depending upon their number of passes). No matter, this power can only happen one time per pass.

This talent allows for a shapeshifter (or those with the Regeneration power) to aid another in the recovery from their wounds. To do this, the shapeshifter must touch the individual they are wishing to 'aid'. The test occurs using the Magic Attribute + Body of the shapeshifter, with the number of hits recovering wounds exactly as if they were themselves regenerating (including time period). The power can even allow for the regeneration of lost limbs (except the head), but with increased difficulty. Minor appendiges (+2), Major Appendiges (+ Body per limb). Once finished, the shapeshifter resists drain equal to the number of Hits divided by 2, rounded up. If the number of boxes to be healed exceed the magic attribute of the shapeshifter, then the drain is measured as physical damage.

Prerequisite : Enhanced Regeneration Level 1 or Greater
This talent is often seen as the highest stage of regenerative prowess. With this talent, the regenerative powers of a shapeshifter (and all developed/associated abilities/talents) are able to recover from any type of wound including mental fatigue caused by spellcraft (though not from Metamancy or Quest Level Damage). Furthermore, the powers are so pervasive that the shapeshifter will no longer age, granting to them the power of Immunity to Age.
If the shapeshifter possessing this power also is in possession of Regeneration- Sympathic (see above), their regenerative powers can be imparted upon any living being including plants and collective beings such as corals. Use of the power sympathetically still incurs appropriate drain upon the shapeshifter however.

Cost : 1.0 per Metatype
This ability allows for the shapeshifter to gain an additional metatype to assume the shape of. This power differs from the Humanaform metatalent in that it must be purchased for each metatype in question and there is no sustaining of the power required by the character. Known metatypes are Elf, Dwarf, Troll, Ork. All subtypes are considered separate metatypes as well (Oni, Satyr, Minotaur, etc). Regardless of the development of this power, the shapeshifter will revert to their natural form if they are rendered unconscious.
