Due to the extremely high powered nature of the SR4.3H games, the damage codes as found in the SR4 rule book were determined to be lacking on several accounts. As such a conversion system was worked out for all weapons in SR3 books. This was also done so that the systems found in the Cannon Companion and Rigger-3 Revised could remain in usage. The system is actually quite simple and draws from various mechanics found in pre-SR4 texts.
